Christmas Cake Cookie

3 Cups Dates, chopped

2 Cups Candied Cherries, chopped

2 Cups Candied Pineapple, chopped

3 Cups Almonds, slivered

3 Cups Hazelnuts, chopped

2 1/2 Cups Pastry Flour

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Butter or Margarine

1 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 Eggs

In a bowl mix fruit nuts and 1 cup of flour.

In the Bosch bowl equipped with cookie paddles beat butter, sugar, and eggs.

Add remaining ingredients to Bosch bowl and mix well until all flour is moistened.

Drop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.

A small to medium cookie scoop with release works well.

Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 12-14 minutes.
