Description
Ingredients: flour, vegetable oil shortening (canola oil, modified palm & palm kernel oil), sugar, dextrose, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum phosphate, monocalcium phosphate), salt.
CONTAINS WHEAT. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF TRITICALE, OATS, BARLEY, SOY, RYE, MILK, SESAME, EGGS, & SULPHITES.
Directions – add 312g or 2 1/2 cups (use spoon to fill cup) of scone mix & 1/2 cup water to bowl & mix with fork until combined. Knead on floured surface 6-8 times. Pat out to 3/8″ thick circle. Rest dough 6-10 minutes. Cut into wedges or use biscuit cutter. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes approximately.
For variety try adding 3/4-1 cup rains, chopped fruit, nuts, chocolate chips, or grated cheese.
