Colorless, odorless and flavorless, it is perfect for both sweet and savory dishes – from jellies, pannacottas, and marshmallows, to aspic, dumplings and terrines. Made from pure animal collagen, this gold-rated leaf gelatin is very easy to use, giving much smoother results than powdered gelatin. Simply soak, squeeze and dissolve the sheets in hot liquids, then chill to set. ‘Gold’ refers to its bloom strength
- Pure Collagen Protein – 100% gelatine

Use 1 leaf to gel 1/3 cup liquid. Soak leaves separately for 5-7 minutes in cold water. Remove and gently squeeze out excess water
Warm dishes – add squeezed out gelatine, stir.
Cold dishes – slightly heat squeezed out gelatine, stirring until dissolved. Do not boil. Slowly add cold mixture to gelatine. (Must follow directions in this order.) Cool mixture for at least 4 hours.
