Made in America from elasticized twine, this easy instant trussing option holds meat together for tastier cooking results without the struggles or skill of hand tying and trussing with butchers twine. It’s sized perfectly for trussing rump roast (15 x 3.25-inch) or tenderloin (15 x 2.5-inch), and ideal for rolled steak, stuffed chicken, and turkey breast. Simply slide meat into the net sock before placing it in the roasting pan, pressure cooker, multi-cooker, slow cooker, or soup pot. Keep sock moistened with marinade or water. Do not exceed the maximum heat-safe temperature of 450-degrees Fahrenheit. To serve the cooked meat, allow meat to rest, cut the meat trussing net, and remove the meat.
