Every baker should know how to make pie crust. If you never stood on a chair as a child watching pie crust be made now is your chance to learn the technique to make a delicious flaky crust. We will teach both sweet and savory recipes! This is a hands on class, and you may participate individually or with a small group, followed by a long table feast of all of the creations!
