They provide not only a complete protein profile in an easily-digestible form, but also an ideal ratio of omega 6 to omega 3 fatty acids.
Hemp seeds can be eaten straight out of the package or used to make hemp milk. Sprinkle them on pasta, salads, cereals, ice cream, and yogurt, or use in a variety of recipes such as soups, sauces, and baked goods.
